The Operations Manager at Digital Wealth Partners is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the organization to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality across all departments. This role involves managing processes, optimizing workflows, supporting cross-functional teams, and implementing strategies that drive operational excellence and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure activities align with organizational goals.
- Develop, implement, and refine operational processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor performance metrics and use data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop operational staff, promoting a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with department heads (finance, HR, sales, production, customer service) to improve cross-department efficiency.
- Schedule, assign, and monitor workloads to ensure deadlines and targets are met.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Implement Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies where applicable.
- Evaluate and adopt new technologies or tools to streamline operations.
- Oversee allocation of equipment, materials, and human resources.
- Assist in budget planning and monitor spending to maintain cost controls.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts when needed.
- Prepare regular operational reports for senior leadership.
- Track KPIs (productivity, quality, cost, safety, customer satisfaction) and drive corrective actions when needed.
- Forecast operations needs and plan accordingly.
Must-Have Skills & Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3–7+ years of experience in operations, logistics, production, or similar roles.
- Knowledge of and experience with (personally or professionally) digital assets, digital assets markets or trading, or at least a personal interest.
- Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with operations software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
