Client Onboarding Fee Refund Policy
At Digital Wealth Partners we are committed to providing high-quality investment advisory services. To initiate a relationship with our firm, new clients are required to pay a $1,000 onboarding fee.
What the Onboarding Fee Covers
This fee covers the time and resources necessary for initial consultations, account setup, investment strategy development, and administrative processing.

Account Setup
Complete account establishment and administrative processing.

Customized investment strategy tailored to your needs.
Refund Policy
1. Non-Refundable Fee
The onboarding fee is non-refundable once payment has been received, and onboarding has commenced. This policy reflects the significant time and resources allocated to each client at the outset of our engagement.
2. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances. See details below for specific situations where refunds may be available.
Refund Eligibility: Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:
Early Cancellation
A client cancels their engagement within 48 hours of payment and before any services have been provided.
Firm Cannot Proceed
The firm is unable to proceed with the client relationship due to compliance, regulatory, or suitability concerns.
Payment Error
A documented error in the payment process results in an overcharge.
Termination of Engagement
If a client chooses to terminate their relationship with Digital Wealth Partners after onboarding is complete, the onboarding fee will not be refunded.
