Client Onboarding Fee Refund Policy
At Digital Wealth Partners we are committed to providing high-quality investment advisory services. To initiate a relationship with our firm, new clients are required to pay a $1,000 onboarding fee. This fee covers the time and resources necessary for initial consultations, account setup, investment strategy development, and administrative processing.
Refund Policy
1. Non-Refundable Fee

- The onboarding fee is non-refundable once payment has been received, and onboarding has commenced. This policy reflects the significant time and resources allocated to each client at the outset of our engagement.
2. Exceptional Circumstances

- Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:

- A client cancels their engagement within 48 hours of payment and before any services have been provided.

- The firm is unable to proceed with the client relationship due to compliance, regulatory, or suitability concerns.

- A documented error in the payment process results in an overcharge.
3. Termination of Engagement

- If a client chooses to terminate their relationship with Digital Wealth Partners after onboarding is complete, the onboarding fee will not be refunded.
4. Refund Request Process

- Any refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@digitalwealthpartners.net within 5 days of payment, including a detailed explanation for the request.

- Refund requests will be reviewed within 3 business days, and a decision will be communicated promptly.

- Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days via the original payment method.
By proceeding with payment of the onboarding fee, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms of this refund policy.
